Pat Todd & the Rankoutsiders are like the last 75 years of Rock’n’roll , Punk , Blues , Country & Folk wrapped up as one band.  They had just finished writing “ Stagger & Swagger “ when Sioux contacted me about doing a single & Pat thought it would be a great choice , & he been wanting to do Del Shannon’s “ Move It On Over” since he first heard it in the 60’s.
